Responsibilities:
1.To take lead to work with internal team to improve PCBA process and drive for continuous improvement.
2.To coordinate external customer audit, handle customer complaints, provide professional 8D reports and follow up corrective and preventative actions until they are completed closed.
3.Initiate quality training of PCBA related to internal teams of quality, process and production etc.
4.To coach direct subordinates to make them more professional to be able to work independently to apply various quality tools to improve quality and solve hard issues and handle customer audits.
5.To be more proactive to prevent issues from happening by participating DFMEA, utilizing error-proof and kaizen within the whole manufacturing process of PCBA.
6.To hold global meetings to review quality issues in English and improve the satisfaction of customer and reduce RMA Qty (justified customer complaints) continuously.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above and major in science technology or related.
2.8 years’ experience on quality management and at least 3 years in management position with subordinates and qualified as auditor of ISO9001 and TS16949 etc.
3.Familiar with statistical/quality tools, i.e. 5WHY, PDCA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, DOE and Minitab etc;
4.Certified by IPC-A-610 standard.
5.Good oral and written communication skills in mandarin and English;
6.Good command of office software. (Excel, Work, outlook and Powerpoint etc.)
7.Six Sigma Black belt and ESD S20.20 knowledge will be added advantage;
