职位要求
Responsibilities:
Collect the training and development needs of the organization and employees.
Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions; coordinate and deliver training programs according to training plan.
Summarize analysis training data , provide the monthly report , provide feasibility proposal to related party for further improvement, and tracking the improvement action;
Maintain training system;
Source and propose external training programs and information
Support employee engagement activities and other tasks or projects assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree;
Above 1 years HR related experiences;
Proficiency in both spoken and written English, and good command of MS office software application
Action Oriented; Quick learning capacity, Self-Development; Organizing; Good communication and presentation skill; Team work spirit.
