Responsibilities:
1.Optical process NPI leader in Shenzhen, lead the communication with RD in Shenzhen France to map process activities.
2.Lead the process document compiling such FC,CP,FMEA,WI, PQ, PV.
3.Process management, Continuous improvement to robust processes.
4.Regular confcall with France RD for process (activities) performance review.
5.Others assigned
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor or above, at least 5 years working experience, familiar with general quality tools.
2.Knowledge to review the engineer DWGs, familiar at least one of following processes transfer molding, die-attach, wire-bond, gel-fill, optical test.
3.Good writing and oral English,
4.Technical experience within automotive industry will be a plus.
